The Velcro companies ("Velcro") provide computers, data, information systems, Internet, E-mail, voice-mail, telephone, and facsimile communication equipment as essential tools to support Velcro's business.  For brevity, these will be referred to collectively as the Communications Systems.  It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure that the Communications Systems are used primarily for business purposes and in a manner that does not compromise the confidentiality  of Velcro's proprietary and sensitive information.
